Summer Solstice 2017

Greetings!

 

The Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, arrives on Tuesday, June 20. Please use the increased light and energy of the Summer Solstice to focus on your positive thoughts, intentions, and prayers!

A series of eclipses on August 7 and August 21, 2017 will dramatically alter power dynamics around the world. Those who have been in power will feel some of their power slip away. And those who have been disempowered will find their voices. Previously buried power struggles also will rise to the surface for resolution (both within yourself, with others, and among nations). Expect reversals of pre-existing patterns and power alignments.

Eclipse alignments repeat every 19 years. So, think back to what you, the nation, and our world were going through 19 years ago. We will resolve those situations on a higher level this year. 

Eclipses also tend to generate increased activity, so make provisions for a busy summer, especially during the two weeks before and two weeks after the eclipse cycle (July 24-September 4, 2017)!

Please note that the total solar eclipse on Monday, August 21, 2017, will be visible in the United States, from the Pacific Northwest to  the Southeastern United States.  The eclipse path is 70 miles wide and travels from Oregon to Idaho, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The eclipse occurs for several hours from start to finish. The actual duration of the total eclipse is approximately 2 minutes and 40 seconds. The eclipse will begin at 9:06 am Pacific Daylight time in Oregon and complete at 4:06 pm Eastern Daylight Time in South Carolina. Make sure to get proper eye protection if you plan to watch the eclipse. 

Mercury, planet of communications, will be retrograde from August 12 to September 5, 2017. During this period, you will have an opportunity to relax, review, and re-evaluate. You will have an opportunity to re-configure plans that may not be fitting of your future reality. Take stock and proceed accordingly.
