Spring Equinox 2022

Vernal Equinox Greetings!

The Spring Equinox, the day when the light of day equals the dark of night, arrives on Sunday, March 20, 2022. The Spring 2022 season features historical astrological alignments that will surely re-shape human consciousness in as profound ways as the pandemic has shifted life in our society. 

The challenging astrological alignments discussed in the previous issue of this newsletter have been responsible for the precipitous drop in financial markets, which I predicted in my last forecast, and for the outbreak of war in Ukraine.

While it may take some time for the eventual unraveling of the residual karmic tensions in Russia and the contraction of the world's economy, the spring season's alignments portend a flowering of spiritual openings to higher dimensions of thoughts and feelings. Of course, when the light gets lighter, the dark can get darker. But ultimately, the light can dispel the darkness while the darkness cannot dispel the light. So, please continue to practice positive affirmations, prayers, visualizations and meditation to create the better world you would like to live in.  Every step you take toward improving yourself is also a potent positive contribution to the world!

In the meantime, please pray for peace in Ukraine, Europe, and the world. Despite the apparent upheaval on the surface, however, there is much enlightenment on the horizon. The once-every-166-year conjunction of lucky Jupiter and spiritual Neptune on April 12, 2022 portends a global spiritual renaissance. This will help dissolve the boundaries between people and ideologies, and between your soul and Spirit. This rare celestial alginment will open you to an unprecedented flood of spiritual energy if you feel receptive and apply yourself through spiritual practice. 

The Jupiter-Neptune alignment in Pisces also portends a blurring of boundaries between nations across the globe-a movement that could be used for good in terms of the exchange of ideas and commerce, or for ill in terms of conquest and power moves by authoritarian governments.

The Jupiter-Neptune conjunction on April 12, 2022 also will bring a proliferation of audio-visual creativity. So, you can expect more electronic communications, social media, and entertainment to fill the world's mental space. It may be challenging to discern fact from fiction under this influence.
 

Venus and Mars also will join Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces in April. Four planets in Pisces will accentuate Piscean qualities of compassion, forgiveness, and transcendence as well as its potentially addictive, escapist qualities. It can go either way. Under the influence of Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces, each person is free to choose the higher or lower manifestation of this planetary line-up. 

Also, please be aware of the need to slow down, relax, reconsider and rectify the past under Mercury Retrograde from May 10 to June 3, 2022. It is best to complete projects initiated in the past for greatest success under this influence.
 

Finally, expect a series of reversals of prevailing trends-positive and negative- under the celestial influence of a solar eclipse in Taurus on April 30 and a lunar eclipse in Scorpio on May 16, 2022. The solar eclipse will be visible in the Southeast Pacific, Southern South America, and Antarctica.  The lunar eclipse will be visible in North & South America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. 
 

In the meantime, you can profit from your spiritual efforts to get closer to your soul and Spirit through prayer, meditation, affirmations, and yoga. Pay greater attention to the natural world, your heart, and your acts of loving-kindness toward others. Your positive thoughts will ripple from you to the world around you to the cosmic energy grid-and will have a positive impact on our world!
